I have PCOS and I am in perimenopause (about to start HRT). I have been taking this for a few weeks and certainly notice less sugar cravings. I have lost weight (but have also been eating better and moving after each meal to improve insulin use by my body). So not sure if it’s helped with weight loss but see it as a contributor overall to managing insulin resistance (unfortunate symptom of PCOS and peri/menopause). Hopefully with long term use, diet, exercise and weight training it will help with more weight loss

Subtle sweet taste. I’ve only used it for about 2 months but it appears to be helping with my endo. I will wait and see for further results.

The berberine in conjunction with inositol has greatly improved my blood sugar balance and I feel like the berberine has visibly decreased the amount of abdominal fat in my mid section, definitely worth a try when combined with the right lifestyle changes

Didnxt work for me, gained 10kgs within months, after just losing 18kgs prior to starting it, didnt change my diet or anything, would be tired when I took it and when I’d go to bed at night I’d be wide awake and not be able to sleep. Might be good for some but not for me.

Coming straight from months of gestational diabetes I am taking this and feeling SO MUCh better. I crave less sugar, sleep better and feel generally better. I enjoy the taste and will be ordering a larger bag next!

I heard Inositol referred to as an agent to improve sleep quality, so thought I’d try it. I’m glad I did. My sleep quality had improved, displayed in my having more energy and better mood, with which to face the day. I highly recommend it.

I’ve had problems with my sleep for years. Waking throughout the night and struggling to get back to sleep. Myo Inositol has been a game changer for me. I get back to sleep more readily and sleep longer each night.
