I have been taking this for a few weeks and certainly notice less sugar cravings. I have lost weight (but have also been eating better and moving after each meal to improve insulin use by my body). So not sure if it’s helped with weight loss but see it as a contributor overall to managing insulin resistance (unfortunate symptom of PCOS and peri/menopause). Hopefully with long term use, diet, exercise and weight training it will help with more weight loss

A scan in May 00 showed both ovaries to be enlarged but after getting pregnant and doing another scan (October 00) there was a reduction, bringing them back down within normal range. I am so happy, I truly think this is what helped me conceive. We have been trying for about 9 months. My cycles are irregular, between 35 to 50 days. I ovulated around day 33, so it didn’t help shorten my cycles, but I was actually able to tell when I ovulated which has led to me being pregnant. I am over the moon and have my fingers crossed that it is a positive pregnancy, and that everything works out well u1F90 thank you for this amazing and affordable product.
