A scan in May 00 showed both ovaries to be enlarged but after getting pregnant and doing another scan (October 00) there was a reduction, bringing them back down within normal range. I only wonder why I didn’t order this ‚Äúwhite gold‚Äù any sooner. Very happy with my purchase and will do so again for sure! Thank you to the team at Inositol Australia.

I’m insulin resistant and thought it would be a good addition. I’ve been using this for a while now and can certainly comment on the benefits. If I take g at night, I sleep SO WELL. It honestly gives me the best sleep without the hangover, which is helpful particularly when on various hormones for fertility treatment. While it hasnxt helped me fall pregnant naturally (which would have been a bonus but I truly wasnxt expecting this), I have lost stubborn weight quickly that I havenxt been able to shed despite being on Metformin, working out and eating well. I’ll continue to use this on an ongoing basis! Itxs flavourless and so easy to take.

My periods were already pretty regular +/- days. My weight hasnxt changed. Hair loss on my head and excess hair on my face hasnxt lessened. Actually getting worse breakouts during my period and dry skin during other times. I’m going to keep with this product though because I really want it to work. Canxt comment on fertility as I have never tracked ovulation or tried to get pregnant.

My son is now 14 months old and I still love this powder and take it regularly, I find it helps prevent hormonal breakouts as well, and also taking it often has helps improves my milk supply and helps prevent fatigue.
It has improved my endurance when I exercise and it helped with hairloss when I was going through a phase where my hair was falling out.
I have also found it helped significantly calm down anxiety.

All around this is a great product and it is not as expensive as other Inositol on the market.
I find it to be the best quality Inositol that I’ve tried.

I have been taking it for around 3 years, I have about 1/4 of a teaspoon in my morning coffee and it is so easy to incorporate into my diet.

I will definitely be a customer for a long time, thatxs all I can say.

I am so happy, I truly think this is what helped me conceive. We have been trying for about 9 months. My cycles are irregular, between 35 to 50 days. I ovulated around day 33, so it didn’t help shorten my cycles, but I was actually able to tell when I ovulated which has led to me being pregnant. I am over the moon and have my fingers crossed that it is a positive pregnancy, and that everything works out well u1F90 thank you for this amazing and affordable product. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is trying, and will also use it again for myself in the future!
