I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes and was having issues trying to get lower fasting numbers. I did some research and together with a few diet changes, learned that myo inositol is a good supplement for insulin resistance so decided to give it a try especially as it is a natural supplement.
The ordering process was really fast and within a few days I received the package.
I am taking grms in the morning and grms at night and after a few weeks of trial error with diet and exercise together with the supplement, I now have all my glucose level numbers within range!
I would recommend everyone struggling with insulin resistance to give it a go.

I actually ordered this to try and lower my fasting blood sugar levels. I tested 0.1 above the threshold for gestational diabetes and had heard that myoinositol could help lower FBS levels which can be difficult to lower without medication.
The dosage I took was based on European trials not the recommended dose and the difference was noticed straight away! Previously I had tried to lower it with diet and exercise and my FBS levels were still hovering around the 4.9-5.0 mark which is ok but not great.
The day after I first started taking this my FBS levels lowered to 4.6 and stayed at around 4.-4.6 for the rest of my pregnancy (along with diet and exercise).
I would highly recommend this if you’re looking for a natural alternative to taking insulin or metformin.
