I have PCOS and I am in perimenopause (about to start HRT). I have been taking this for a few weeks and certainly notice less sugar cravings. I have lost weight (but have also been eating better and moving after each meal to improve insulin use by my body). So not sure if it’s helped with weight loss but see it as a contributor overall to managing insulin resistance (unfortunate symptom of PCOS and peri/menopause). Hopefully with long term use, diet, exercise and weight training it will help with more weight loss

Subtle sweet taste. I’ve only used it for about 2 months but it appears to be helping with my endo. I will wait and see for further results.

Absolutely amazing, the symptoms from my PCOS were improving after just DAYS of starting the inositol. That included ovulating when I had been having trouble with tracking symptoms. My excess weight from my PCOS fell off literally in a matter of weeks as well as so many other beneficial side effects such as improvement in my moods, hair loss and hormonal acne.

I suffer from Pcos. I read about Inositol on a facebook page but it was expensive on that page. I searched ebay and came across this product so i thought i would give it ago. I had not had a regular cycle in 6 months because of the pcos, i started taking 4g a night from monday and by saturday i got my cycle. This stuff works. Also lost 1kg in days.

I am totally satisfied with the product, the value for money is the best on the market.
